Join us for our all-church retreat this Memorial Day Weekend!

Registration will be open from Monday, March 30 through Tuesday, April 28. If all rooms fill up, we will take a waitlist.

General Information
Rooms will be available at 4pm on Friday, May 22
Friday Dinner will be served from 5:30-6:30pm
Opening session begins at 7pm

Room check-out is by 9am on Monday, May 25
Camp ends with Monday Brunch at 10am, after the Worship Service.
 
All meals from Friday dinner through Monday Brunch are provided.

We are not able to offer discounts for late arrivals or early departures. All overnight guests must register for the weekend program.

Pricing & Registration Information
Base cost for program & meals is $219 per adult (ages 13+) and $109 per child (ages 5-12) which includes eight meals and all retreat programming. There is no cost for children ages 4 and under.

Lodging Fees
Each room has a one-time booking cost that varies by lodging type and includes three nights of lodging, linens, and towels:
Deluxe (Redwood) - $649 per room
Select (Laurel & Wellander) - $524 per room
Standard (Fir, Pine, Oak) - $419 per room
Economy (Hemlock, Cedar, Sequoia) - $264 per room

Room selection automatically adds the program/meals cost for one adult. Additional family members register at the base cost per adult or child (see above). Please scroll past the room options to find the base cost selections for additional household members.

Those with their own lodging (eg. private cabins at Mission Springs or other offsite lodging) register at the program/meals price per adult and child.

We cannot offer discounted room rates for late arrivals or early departures. 

Payment Deadline, Payment Plans, & Cancellation Policy
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due upon registration to secure your reservation. We cannot offer refunds for additional payments after the April 28 registration deadline. 

Balances are due by your arrival on Friday, May 22 unless you choose an extended payment plan. 

Extended payment plans are available:
- Pay a minimum of 75% of your balance by May 22 and the remainder by June 18.
- Pay a minimum of 50% of your balance by May 22, a minimum of 75% by June 18, and the remainder by July 17.
- Pay a minimum of 25% of your balance (or $100, whichever is greater) by May 22, a minimum of 50% by June 18, a minimum of 75% by July 17, and the remainder by August 14. 

If even with extended payment plans, retreat fees present a financial hardship, please fill out our scholarship form to request financial assistance.

Mission Springs Waiver
Mission Springs requires all participants to fill out their waiver. You can fill out the electronic version here or upon completion of your registration, or you can download and print a hard copy here.

Sharing Rooms
The room fee may be split among multiple individuals or families staying in the same room. Shared rooms cannot exceed their capacities (see "Room Specifications" below for capacities of each room). Only one person in your group needs to book the room. Please contact us if you would like a split payment link.

If you are registering as an individual and would like help finding a roommate, please book a room pay only the $100 deposit for now (we will adjust your total fee once we have your roommate arrangement sorted). We will do our best to find you a roommate but we may need to move you to a different room in order to accommodate.

We will not assign additional guests to your room unless you specifically request a roommate.
 
One Day Registration
Registration for one-day visits is available here. Includes lunch, dinner, and activities for one day of camp. Add breakfast (optional) for an additional fee. No lodging is included in the One Day registration; ALL overnight guests must register at the full weekend rate.
